After our last Freedom Talk on chronic illness, many people asked us to do a follow up talk on the theology of illness.  In this interactive workshop Jess will explore a biblical view of health and healing, and wrestle with the challenging questions around when God seems not to heal.  She will be sharing from personal experience as well as bringing sound biblical insight.

This is a topic Jess has had to wrestle with deeply herself, both battling chronic illness and discipling others who are sick, so this workshop is set to challenge, inspire and equip you to walk with those who haven't been healed (yet).

Jess Regnart joined the Freedom in Christ UK Team 19 years ago, and came on staff to co-write and co-present 'Disciple' 10 years ago. In 2017, Jess contracted Lyme Disease but has continued to work with Freedom in Christ throughout her health journey and is currently the UK Director for Resources. A motivational and inspiring teacher, Jess is active in patient support groups and, although her health prevents her teaching 'in person', she teaches online to great effect.
