This 12 week online course for those in leadership will help you lead fruitfully from your identity in Christ, whilst learning to avoid common pitfalls in your leadership adventure.

Join with other leaders for a special online "Freed to Lead" course, designed for leaders in church, public, private, or charity sectors who want to go beyond techniques and truly thrive as the person God has created them to be. Through practical teaching, personal Bible studies, guided prayer, and facilitated breakout discussions, you’ll learn how identity-based leadership can free you from burnout, help you navigate conflict, and break through barriers to effective leadership. Developed by Rev Dr. Rod Woods and Steve Goss, who share decades of leadership experience, this course will equip you to lead from your true identity in Christ and transform challenges into growth.

The Online Course will take the format of:

  1. Weekly Zoom Conference starting 9th April 2026 at 3.00-5.00pm (UK Time), for 12 weeks.
  2. Facilitated Breakout Rooms for prayer and discussion.
  3. Steps To Freedom Day on 18th June 2026 at 1.00-6.00pm (UK Time).
