Equip Kenyan Leaders for Change

As part of our commitment to Go Wider, Deeper, and more Global, we're excited to announce an exciting initiative to invest in the next generation of leaders in Kenya.

Across the country, 120 leaders are eager to go through the Freed to Lead course - a discipleship course that will help them become the leader God has created them to be!

Kenya FIC have the vision! They just don't have the funds to access the resources!

That’s where you come in.

We want to sponsor all 120 leaders with the Freed to Lead books they need to complete the course. We will cover the logistics to get the books to them. All we’re asking is if you would consider helping us cover the cost of a book or two?

  • £10 = 1 leader equipped

  • £50 = 5 leaders empowered

This is more than a campaign. It's a calling to Go Global not by exporting programs, but by equipping local...

TRANSFORM is back this September—and we’d love you to join us.

This 9-month journey is a unique opportunity for Christian leaders to pursue deep personal freedom, lasting fruitfulness, and real transformation in Christ. At a time when leadership can feel more draining than ever, TRANSFORM is a space to reconnect with God, rediscover who you are in Him, and be equipped to lead with renewed clarity and courage.

It’s not light-touch. This is a significant commitment: praying, studying, and gathering with others weekly—roughly 4 hours a week. But if you carry vision and responsibility for your church, organisation or ministry, we believe this space will shape you in ways that ripple far beyond yourself.

The journey unfolds in three parts:

Lights, Camera, TRANSFORM

Ever tried to film five sessions of teaching in one day? We did and God helped every step of the way!

Earlier this month, we gathered to record all the video content for the upcoming TRANSFORM Retreat. With four presenters, Steve, Rob, Jackie and Bex and the brilliant Andrew Walkington directing, filming, and working his audio magic, it was a packed day of ministry, message, and more than a few moments of laughter.

It wasn’t all smooth sailing… some of us found ourselves tripping over our words more than we’d like to admit. Thankfully, Andrew stepped in with some unexpected vocal warm-ups to loosen up our mouths — let’s just say, it worked and it made for some serious laughs. (Thankfully the cameras stopped rolling for that bit!)

Reflections from NWLC 2025

We had the joy of being part of the New Wine Leadership Conference 2025 (NWLC) — a gathering of leaders, teams, and volunteers from across the country, hungry to meet with God and be equipped for the local and global mission of the Church.

It’s always a privilege to be in spaces like this. We were there as exhibitors to share about the resources we offer — especially for those carrying the weight of leadership and longing for deeper freedom and clarity in their calling.

This is a key part of our Go Wider, Go Deeper, Go Global strategy — and NWLC really speaks to Go Wider: connecting with more leaders who can use our resources to make free and fruitful disciples.

We had some brilliant conversations and many expressed a desire to go deeper — personally and in their leadership. Many were drawn to our courses, especially TRANSFORM, recognising the need for intentional space to be restored and re-equipped for the road...
