Help you set up a freedom ministry

Our teaching and methodology are completely transferable. No matter how small your church, you will find it relatively easy to set up a freedom ministry run by laypeople that can be highly effective within a relatively short space of time. You should find that, as well as enabling your people to move on to maturity, it releases you from many time consuming counselling situations.

This is something that you can do substantially on your own. We have a vast amount of resources to help you - books, audiocassettes, videos - and we are always more than happy to advise leaders by telephone.

We also run regular courses and can even tailor make a course for you.

Equip you personally

If you are a church leader who plans to introduce this to your church, it's obviously essential that you have your own Steps To Freedom appointment. Apart from the fact that just about everybody finds an appointment helpful, you can hardly expect your people to do something that you have not done yourself!

It's perfectly possible for you to do this with other leaders from your church but, if you would prefer to go outside, we can provide a safe, confidential environment. Download an application form.

Freedom Fellowship

Once you are actively using Freedom In Christ resources you will want to join the Freedom Fellowship, our prime means of supporting you and answering your questions. Further details here.

Hosting an FIC event

Freedom In Christ's main objective is to help churches and other Christian organisations lead their people into freedom and ongoing discipleship.

Much of what we do involves producing training resources but we also have a team of people who are available to run courses and events.

If you are looking to get to grips with the Freedom In Christ approach we suggest you try to attend one of our regular “open to all” events.

We are also happy to look at running in-house events for churches. This is particularly appropriate for churches who have already got to grips with the main teaching and now wish to take it further.

Helping Those With Deeper Issues

You probably have people in your church who are struggling with deeper issues. You want to pastor them and lead them to wholeness but it can seem like an overwhelming task.

We have a team that we call “Walking With The Wounded” whose purpose is quite simply to walk alongside you as you go through the process of leading a hurting person into complete freedom in your church. We have seen many, many people who may have looked like “hopeless cases” walk to freedom with the loving help and support of their church.
