Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment or you may print out your order and send it in with a cheque.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail.
Shipping And Handling We make a charge of between £1.25 and £6 per order for UK delivery depending on weight and size. There is no charge for post and packing if you are ordering places at events only.

Delivery charges to other countries is based on weight and will be shown to you before you confirm your order.
Delivery Schedule We process your order within 3 days of receipt but please also allow time for shipping. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 days of placing it (in the UK) and 30 days in other countries.
Back Orders We generally hold every item in stock. In the unlikely event that we are out of a particular item we will e-mail you with your options.
Tax Charges A VAT invoice will be included with your order. Our VAT registration number is 867 0234 21.
Credit Card Security All of our orders are processed via the highly secure PROTX banking system. At no time do we have access to your credit card information.

Guarantee We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there is anything at all wrong, do please let us know and we'll do our best to put it right. Everything you buy from us comes with a 30 day no quibble guarantee (which does not affect the rights you have in any case under law).
